The “cut-off date” for accepting reservations into this room block is Thursday, August 29, 2024. Reservation requests received after 5:00 p.m. local time will be accepted at the hotel’s prevailing rate, based on availability.

Individual Cancellation Policy

Any “No Shows” are subject to the fee of one night’s lodging plus the applicable taxes. All cancellations must be made by 3:00PM 7 days prior to arrival: otherwise individual will be billed for one night’s lodging plus occupancy tax.
